In addition to composing, Lisa is also active as an accompanist, specialising with singers. From 2006-2014 Lisa held the post of Lecturer in Music Performance & Accompanist at Gower College Swansea (formerly Gorseinon College, Swansea) and currently works as Guest Tutor for the Ariosa Singers and Mumbles Voices Community Choir, Swansea, both run by Penny Ryan OBE. Lisa also accompanies professional singers and advanced singing students for concerts and recitals and for ATCL, DipABRSM, ARSM, ANCM, LTCL and LNCM Recital diplomas. Students Lisa has accompanied / coached have gained places at the Royal Academy of Music, Royal College of Music, Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Trinity Laban Conservatoire, Royal Northern College of Music, Birmingham Conservatoire and universities including Cambridge, Royal Holloway, Cardiff, Bristol and Trinity St. Davids for musical theatre.

Lisa is also very interested in the academic side of Music, having specialised in Musicology at Bristol University. In 2013/2014 Lisa was appointed Music Lecturer on the South Wales 'Higher Education Plus' Scheme affiliated to Cambridge University. In addition to lecturing, Lisa has also written programme notes for concerts and festivals including Crwth Concert Series, Oystermouth Music Society, Gower Festival, Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and Swansea Festival of Music and the Arts.

Throughout 2018 and 2019 Lisa worked on developing Academia Musicale, an online learning platform for musicians
